5.3 In case of vehicle breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be provided (subject to availability).
6. Liability and Disclaimer
6.1 PadharoTrips is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during the ride.
6.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service due to technical or unforeseen issues.
6.3 The company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7.1 Customer data will be used only for service-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
